The Vancouver Community Network has approved you request for refurbished computer(s). A volunteer will begin preparing them. When the computer(s) are ready, we will notify you again.
Before you can pickup the computer(s), a person with signing authority for your organization must sign the Waiver (available at
https://volunteer.vcn.bc.ca/uploads/5/27/equipment_donation_waiver.doc) and deliver it to us. This may be by hand, by fax, or
by mail.

When the computer(s) are ready, you must come and pick it up here. Please bring picture ID.
If you, the contact person, wish to have someone else pick it up on your behalf, that person must have a signed, authorization letter. It must be printed on the organization’s letterhead and signed by your organization’s signer, authorizing the pickup person to pickup the equipment on behalf of you, the contact person.

We are located at the intersection of Dunsmuir and Homer, downtown. There is meter parking along Dunsmuir and Homer. You may wish to bring a big box and dolly for easier moving.
