What is The Black Book?

It is a wonderful place to write everything you heard, all your conversations over the phone or by person. You can use it to jot down names and numbers, and all other important notes. In case you forget, it helps to write the details. Ultimately, everything will be RT’d, by you.

Instead of yellow Stickies scattering across the help desks, save the stickies for emergencies. Document everything into RT for accountability and tracking. The volunteers tomorrow will appreciate and learn from you! Thank you sincerely.
