If you can’t get the CiviCRM WordPress website to work, ask another helpdesk volunteer or network admin volunteer to help you. If it still doesn’t work, let a staff person know.
If the WordPress site cannot be fixed, use the paper receipts (blue color book) to give temporary receipts to people. Follow the examples of the previous receipts.
If you have made a mistake in entering a record, you can go back into the database and change the amount, login, etc, by editing the text displayed. Ask a volunteer to help if it doesn’t work. If you still cannot fix the error, leave a note for Chris in the donations drawer, describing your error and how it should be fixed.
